FAQ  Planning your journey

How does SpainTop design a tailor-made itinerary?

Every SpainTop itinerary is designed individually around the traveler's preferences — accommodation, private transport, licensed local guides, and exclusive experiences are combined with no fixed packages. The process starts with a conversation about travel style, pace, and interests, then SpainTop's team — working on the ground in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco — proposes accommodations and experiences matched to that brief, refining the itinerary until it's fully personalized.

Can SpainTop combine Spain, Portugal, and Morocco in one trip?

Yes. Because SpainTop operates natively in all three countries, it designs multi-destination itineraries that combine Spain, Portugal, and Morocco into a single coordinated program. This is one of the areas where a DMC differs most from a generalist agency: cross-border logistics, private transfers, and local guiding are coordinated directly by SpainTop's own network rather than handed off between separate local operators in each country.

What kind of exclusive experiences does SpainTop offer?

Private tours with licensed local guides, wine tourism in regions like Rioja and Jerez, golf, helicopter tours, hot-air balloon rides, yacht charters, and flamenco or cooking classes, among others. Experiences are curated rather than listed from a catalog: a SpainTop itinerary typically blends cultural access with leisure and, for groups, incentive and team-building formats designed around the client's brief.

What is the minimum and maximum group size SpainTop works with?

SpainTop designs experiences for groups ranging from 2 to 300 travelers — from private couple getaways to large corporate programs. Group size shapes the itinerary format: small private groups get fully flexible, guide-led experiences, while larger groups are supported with dedicated logistics and event coordination.

What are SpainTop's payment terms?

A 35% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. Cancellation fees are scaled — from 20% up to 100% of the trip cost — depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation occurs; exact terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Does SpainTop organize corporate or incentive travel (MICE)?

Yes. SpainTop designs custom MICE programs — meetings, incentives, conferences, and events — for corporate groups across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, coordinated directly through SpainTop's own supplier relationships.

Which regions does SpainTop cover?

Across Spain: 13 regions including Andalusia, Madrid, Barcelona, and the Basque Country. In Portugal: Lisbon, Porto, Douro Valley, Algarve, Alentejo, Madeira, and the Azores. In Morocco: Tangier-Tetouan, Marrakech, Casablanca-Rabat-Essaouira, and Agadir.
