TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Legal framework applicable to the combined travel contract and acceptance of the General Conditions.
Applicable Legislation.
These General Conditions are governed by the provisions of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 23/2018 of December 21; Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions; and Decree 13/2011 of February 25, which establishes the necessary general provisions to facilitate the freedom of establishment and provision of tourist services, the regulation of the responsible declaration, and the simplification of administrative procedures in matters of tourism; as well as Decree 6/2013, of February 8, on measures for the simplification of administrative procedures.
These General Conditions shall be incorporated into all travel contracts—signed by the contracting parties as proof of acknowledgment and acceptance by the consumer of each and every one of these terms—pertaining to the programs/offers included in the program/brochure. They shall bind the parties, along with any specific conditions agreed upon in the contract or appearing in the travel documentation provided at the time of signing the contract.
These General Conditions shall apply to those services covered under Article 151.1.a) of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
